The Retirement of Dungy

The National Football League---and the sports world in general--- saw the stepping down today of one it's most important spokesman. Tony Dungy, head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, announced his retirement today. Dungy became the epitome of how to handle oneself in the face of both professional and personal adversity. Let's forget about what he accomplished as a Black coach. No, I'd rather focus on a more important aspect that we don't see enough of in our high profile figures: Tony Dungy is a man of strong Christian faith.
